EVM Limited is currently recruiting a Stores Person – Parts Issuer to join their production facility at our factory in Kilbeggan, Co. Westmeath. This role is based on-site at the Kilbeggan factory (not EVM IRL). You will work as part of a three-person stores team responsible for the accurate and timely issuing of parts to support our production process.
About the Role
As Stores Person – Parts Issuer, you will play a key role in keeping our production line supplied and our stock records accurate. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on organisation and takes pride in getting the details right.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and promptly issue goods to production jobs using the company’s ERP system (M1)
- Organise production part build kits and arrange timely delivery of parts to the production process
- Manage the timely delivery of warranty parts to customers, including part sales
- Carry out monthly stock counts and report any differences between physical counts and the M1 ERP system
- Carry out monthly cycle counts of key parts as required.
Knowledge & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a busy stores environment
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office, with up-to-date knowledge of computerised stock control systems and methods
- Experience using ERP systems
- Highly organised, with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
- Standard forklift licence required
- Valid manual handling certificate required
- Full, clean driving licence.
