Providing support for our customers, Ian manages and conducts the aftersales department ensuring customers are responded to swiftly and accurately. He brings over 25 years of aftersales experience with global OEM brands.

Daniel oversees the day-to-day work of each technician. His role inter-connects with all UK-based teams, effectively coordinating vehicle movement and assisting customers in PDI’s, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standard.

With extensive experience in vehicle diagnostics and on-site repairs, Sam ensures that EVM customers receive prompt, high-quality service—minimising downtime and keeping their vehicles operating at peak performance.

Scott is a dedicated and detail-oriented PDI Technician, where plays a crucial role in ensuring all vehicles meet the highest standards before they reach the customer.
