The Transport Made Simple Group (TMS), formerly Vectare, has bolstered its fleet with the addition of 15 new EVM Citylines supplied by EVM UK. This strategic acquisition underscores the Group’s commitment to enhancing passenger experience and operational efficiency across its services, alongside continuation of its ambitious growth plans.
Founded in 2016 by entrepreneurs Dominic Kalantary and Peter Nathanail, Vectare grew rapidly into a prominent UK supplier of school and corporate transport solutions, managing over twelve million passenger movements annually. Dominic and Peter then acquired three high-quality independent operators – Central Connect, Flagfinders and Simonds – and merged them into a single Group (TMS), which now trades independently from Vectare.
The newly acquired EVM Citylines are based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis, renowned for its reliability and performance. Each minibus features a low-floor design, offering easy access for all passengers, including those with mobility challenges. The Cityline model boasts a 9G-Tronic automatic transmission and accommodates up to 16 passenger seats, with space for 6 standing passengers, and 1 wheelchair user.
These vehicles are equipped with modern amenities such as leather seats, USB charging ports, wood-effect flooring, and air-conditioning, providing a luxury coach feel tailored for local bus and demand-responsive transport applications. They are a popular choice for TMS, with this batch of 15 joining 19 examples of the type already in the Group fleet.

This new fleet are set to shake up public transport across our East Anglian network, with the vehicles earmarked for DRT schemes, some partnerships with new housing developers, and also for our prestigious new Norwich Park & Ride network.”
