Tell us about your business?

Whites Coaches is a long-established, award-winning, family-run business with many years of experience in passenger transport services. We have developed an excellent reputation for offering an exceptional fleet, reliability and safety standards since our beginnings in 1960. Our aims are simple: to deliver a first-class service reflected in a modern fleet built to our high specification. We offer reliability, safety, punctuality, and unrivalled personal service. Our drivers are highly experienced, polite, knowledgeable, and always smartly presented.

How long have you been a customer of EVM UK?

We’ve been working with EVM UK since the very beginning of our business. EVM UK has been with us right from the start, and over the years. We’ve built a strong and reliable partnership that’s grown alongside our company.

What challenges or needs were you looking to solve when you first considered buying a vehicle from EVM UK, and how did our product/service address those challenges?

We wanted something that not only met our practical needs but also reflected our business’s professional image. The stylish design of EVM vehicles got our attention. Which features or aspects of the vehicle/service exceeded your expectations, and why?

Our expectations were met in terms of the vehicle’s quality, style, and performance -everything delivered as promised. What really stood out, though, was the after-sales support. EVM UK’s team went above and beyond to make sure everything continued to run smoothly after delivery. Their responsiveness, care, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly exceeded our expectations.

How has the vehicle/solution impacted your day-to-day operations (safety, reliability, efficiency, passenger comfort, maintenance, etc.)?

We’ve found the quality of the Sprinter conversions to be exceptional – we’d rate them 9 out of 10. The reliability and reduced operational downtime have made a real impact on our efficiency. Our drivers and passengers have also commented on the improved comfort and overall feel, which adds real value to our service.
