For coach and bus operators, the vehicle is only part of the equation — uptime, aftersales support and a supplier who understands the day-to-day pressures of the road matter just as much. That’s the gap we’ve built our business around at EVM UK & Ireland. We don’t see ourselves as simply a vehicle seller; we position ourselves as an end-to-end partner for operators.
At the heart of what we offer operators is our midi coach range, engineered to accommodate up to 39 passengers and a guide. — Mini coaches with 19-39 seats is a size bracket that sits squarely in the private hire, tour and excursion market. Models such as the Ferqui Sunrise and Sunset, AOS Grand Toro II and Erener Revolution regularly feature in our stock which gives operators genuine choice across chassis and coachbuilder combinations. Our GSR2-compliant models such as the Grand Toro II are available and give operators a route to renew fleets ahead of General Safety Regulation deadlines without waiting on other suppliers to catch up.
For operators running executive or corporate work, our luxury range brings the same variety. Refined features such as double-glazed glazing, integrated multimedia and bespoke interior specification allowing vehicles to be tailored to a fleet’s brand and passenger expectations.
Accessibility is increasingly a commercial as well as a compliance issue for operators, and our mobility range. Built around SMART flooring and configurable layouts our mobility range is designed to let operators win PSVAR-compliant contracts, from local authority and community transport work to accessible private hire, without compromising on ride quality or ergonomics. With PSVAR requirements now firmly embedded in tender criteria, having compliant vehicles readily available in new and used stock gives operators a faster path to contract-ready fleets.
Electrification is the area where we’re most visibly investing on operators’ behalf. Our electric minibus range pairs current battery technology with bespoke bodywork and dedicated operator support, and is already running in daily service with transport operators, councils and airports across the UK — real operational mileage, not just launch-event vehicles. As more operators face pressure to decarbonise fleets, particularly on contracted and local authority work, that track record matters more than a spec sheet.
We don’t view the relationship as ending at delivery. Our aftersales operation offers extended warranties, custom repairs and ongoing support through the life of a vehicle, through to resale. We recognise that for an operator, a vehicle off the road is a direct hit to revenue and reputation. Our approved used programme also gives operators a lower-cost route to fleet renewal without stepping down in build quality or compliance standards.
Operator feedback backs up that positioning: our customers cite responsive aftersales support, on-time and well-coordinated delivery. All our vehicles are built with attention to detail — the practical concerns that matter most once a coach is earning its keep on daily routes and charters.
For those weighing up their next fleet investment, our proposition is straightforward: we treat the operator relationship as ongoing, not transactional, across new stock, used vehicles, electrification, compliance and the aftersales support operators depend on to keep vehicles — and businesses — moving.
